Refund policy

We hope you love our scents from Hearth and Thistle. 

If you have any questions or spot an issue with your product, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@hearthandthistle.co.uk and we will respond promptly.

As a small independent business we make everything in small batches and are hand poured scents.  Differences between batches can be expected.  

Returned items must be delivered to me unused, and in their original packaging and condition. If not, they may not be eligible for refund.

Returns of an unused product must be within 14 days of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hearthandthistle.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once I have received the returned item, I will process a full refund (excluding shipping). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Please provide receipt of purchase.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
